Darlene Westergard, 80, passed away Monday, December 7, 2009 at Southridge Health Care Center in Sioux Falls. She was born on August 8, 1929 in Egan, South Dakota to Lyle and Myrtle Johnson. Darlene is survived by her son: Brad (Ronda), Tea, SD; granddaughter: Kim (Brian) Ellerton, Custer, SD; grandson: Matt (Myla), Sioux Falls, SD; grandson: Jason; grandson: Chris and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Wendell and a son: Bruce. Private services will be held at a later date.
