Viola Hohn

Viola D. Hohn, 92, passed away January 14, 2010 at Good Samaritan Center in Sioux Falls. Viola was born on May 29, 1917 to John and Hedwig (Baumgart) in Parkston, South Dakota. Viola was employed at Metropolitan Medical Center in Minneapolis in food service and housekeeping for many years. She retired in 1980 and moved to Sioux Falls. Viola loved to play bingo and occasionally made trips to Flandreau. She enjoyed crocheting afghans and watching game shows. Viola is survived by three sister: Evelyn Lang, Parkston, SD, Gloria Loos, Sioux Falls, SD and Virginia Bender, Yankton, SD; two brothers: Louis Hohn, Sioux Falls, SD, Marlin Hohn, Dimock, SD, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two nieces and one nephew. Visitation will be Monday, 9 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Parkston with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM
