Betty Jane Kenyon

Betty Jane Kenyon, 66, was born in Watertown, SD on September 8th 1943. She passed away peacefully after long battle of cancer at the Southridge Nursing Home in Sioux Falls, SD on April 22nd 2010. Betty lived in the Sioux Falls and eastern SD area during her life. Betty enjoyed gardening, working with flowers, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Verne Kenyon, her sister, Lorna Brown, her parents, Daniel and Bessie Otten, and her grandson, Steven Hagen. She is survived by her daughters, Connie Kenyon (Neil), Tammy Stensaas (Greg), and Shelly Hagen (Kevin), her sons, Dale Loger (Karie), John Loger (Vonnie), and Ryan Kenyon (Becky), her sisters Donna Stone, and Bonnie Gacke (Vince), her brother, Daniel Otten (Barb), and 14 grandchildren (Tony, Samantha, Richard, Andrew, Cole, Maddie, Lauren, Rachel, Vicki, Jacob, Mathew, Andrew, Dillion, Abby), and 1 great grand-daughter (Jayda). Barnett-Lewis Funeral Home is working with the family to set up a private service. Betty will be laid to rest at the Lennox Cemetery.
