Mary "June" Bradstock, 81, passed away July 23, 2008 at Sanford Health Systems in Sioux Falls. She was born on November 13, 1926 in White Lake, SD to Vincent and Rosalie (Cahill) Dockendorf. She was one of seven children. She spent her early years in White Lake moving to Sioux Falls in 1950. She was a waitress for many years and retired from J.W. Windows after twenty-one years of service. June was very active in Al-Anon, leading adult and teen groups at Keystone and Westside. She touched several lives in the twelve-step program. June was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved to ride the Harley with her husband, Scott. She also loved to go to her grandsons' ball games, her rose bushes, gardening and was a devout Catholic. Anyone who knows her knows how much she loved peanut butter and relished going out for breakfast and dinner. She will be missed. She is survived by daughters: Lori (Bob) Perkins and Lorna Goodroad; grandsons: Joe (April) Goodroad and Allen Goodroad (special friend: Kate Kelly); and great-grandson: Bryson Scott Goodroad. Visitation will be Monday, 9 AM at Barnett-Lewis Funeral Home with a Memorial Service at 10:30 AM with burial to follow at St. Michael Cemetery.
